3.3 Account Security

3.4 Currency
All transactions on EZWin1 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). Deposit and withdrawal amounts are processed in PHP only.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

4.4 Pending Bonuses and Wagering
If you have an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, you may not be able to withdraw your full balance until the requirement is met. You may choose to forfeit the bonus to proceed with a withdrawal, but the bonus amount and associated winnings will be removed from your balance.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
EZWin1 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Bonuses are intended for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on EZWin1 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by real dealers in licensed studios. The outcomes of all games are fair, random, and independently audited.
In the event of a technical error, system failure, or disconnection during a game, EZWin1's recorded result will be considered final. Bets placed during a verifiable system error may be voided and stakes returned, at EZWin1's discretion. For sports and esports betting, all bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. In the event of a postponement or cancellation, bets may be voided according to the specific sport's rules as published in the Betting Odds section.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on EZWin1 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
- Providing false, stolen, or inaccurate personal information
- Opening more than one account
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with EZWin1 games or systems
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors for financial gain
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or match-fixing
- Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activities (money laundering)
- Attempting to reverse or chargeback transactions after receiving winnings or bonuses

In cases of confirmed fraud, all funds in the account may be forfeited.
12. Amendments to These Terms
EZWin1 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
